MARKET RESEARCHER [Recruitment ongoing all year] 

We are currently seeking 2 x Market Researchers to join our business team of business plan writers. They will report directly to one of our Lead Business Plan Writers. 

The market researcher will be responsible for collecting and analysing data information based on a business concept provided by the client. This information should be presented to the Lead Business Plan Writer in a report format. 

The candidate should be familiar with conducting quantitative research, which will involve working with statistics and percentages. Strict time management and quality of research is essential as we work with some of the best-in-field around the world. 

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Statistics along with demonstrable experience is desirable for this position. 

Successful candidates will possess excellent analytical and numerical skills and are deeply creative with great problem-solving skills.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER 

We are looking to hire an Accounts Manager who will be responsible for preparing and following up invoices, as well as managing the day-to-day running of the office's cashflow. 

Reporting directly to the Director, the Accounts Manager will be required to provide monthly "snapshot" reports with relevant visuals and any other related decision making tools. 

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accountancy/finance/mathematics/economics with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

HR ASSISTANT

We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable HR Assistant to help our HR Manager with day-to-day tasks. 

The role will include: 

- Conducting initial screening of potential hires; 

- Assisting new staff with our induction and on-boarding process; 

- Assisting with staff holiday requests/absences

- General administrative work within the HR department.
